Unused

The unused balance is the total value of cards that have been created but don't yet have an approved authorisation. 

This balance does not affect your available or actual balance. If you've created cards that haven't been used or cancelled, your unused balance may be higher than your available or actual balance. 

We recommend cancelling any cards that are no longer required.
