Managing card access by Role, Category and User

System administrators can now control which users have access to create specific card types within the portal. This feature adds an additional layer of security and control, allowing admins to manage access at the Role, Category, or Individual user level.                     

By enabling this functionality, you can ensure that users can only create the card types relevant to their access level, which prevents error and maintains consistency when using the portal.

 

Access Type

Description 

Role

Restricts card creation based on the user's role. (Eg., user, admin)

Category 

Only applicable to some Organisations. Allows control over card creation for users linked to a specific group or department

User

The highest level of control, overriding Role and Category access if necessary
