How do I increase our card velocity limits?

We find our default velocity limits are suitable for most customers using single use cards, or short expiry multi-use cards. If these standard limits do not meet your needs, we can review requests to increase (or decrease) them. To request a review, please raise a ticket with our customer support team here.

When submitting your request, include the following information: 

• Average transaction values per card - single transaction/daily/monthly/yearly/lifetime
• Currencies you want the change to apply to
• Reason for request

Please note that higher limits can increase fraud risk, particularly for multi-use cards. We recommend keeping limits as low as possible while still supporting your business needs.

Once submitted, we will review your request and recommend the most suitable card profile.
