How do I close my funding account?

Before you request closure of a Pax2pay account, please take in to consideration the below points:

  • Whether you want to close a specific funding account, or your whole account with Pax2pay
  • Whether all the cards have been settled on the account(s)
  • If you have a balance left on the account, you will need to arrange a transfer from the account. 


You can close your Pax2pay funding account by contacting our customer support team.
