How do I create a new user on the portal?

Once you have access to the portal, it's your organisation's responsibility to manage the users and access.

Only admin users are able to create new portal users and they can do this via our portal. Watch the video below to find out how.

 

 

You will most likely have been given our standard role sets, which you can assign to each user you create.
