Automated Statement and Reconciliation Reports
Admin users can configure automated delivery of statements and reconciliation reports via email or SFTP. This allows reports to be generated and delivered on a schedule, removing the need for manual downloads via the portal and helping ensure reports are received on time.
Within the portal, you can choose how often reports are delivered by selecting a frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly), choosing the relevant dates, and selecting a delivery method.
Each report delivery schedule is set up individually. If you need reports delivered using different frequencies, delivery methods, or destination, you will need to create a separate schedule for each configuration. Manual downloads from the Accounts Room are still available at any time.
How to Configure Automated Report Subscriptions
- Access Settings: Click your profile icon and select the cogwheel icon. Choose Organisation Settings from the menu bar.
- Locate Subscriptions: Open the Report Subscriptions tab. Select the + Subscription.
- Select Report Type: Choose the specific report you wish to receive (e.g., PDF Statement or Reconciliation Report).
- Set Frequency: Choose your desired delivery schedule: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
- Define Schedule: Input the specific dates or timeframes that apply to your report generation.
- Choose Delivery Method: Select how you want to receive the files, either via Email or SFTP.
- Enter Credentials: Complete all required fields, providing either the recipient email addresses or your SFTP server credentials.
- Activate: Click Submit to confirm your changes and go live with the subscription.

Please note: If you choose to receive reports via the SFTP, you will be required to provide additional information to complete the set up. Please ensure all fields are fully complete, to enable successful report delivery.
